Všechny akce

Uvedné akce platí od Opery verze 9, aktualizace naposledy proběhla 15.7.2007 podle stránky http://operawiki.info/AllActionsListPlus

Opera rozeznává několik desítek příkazů, nazývaných akce, které lze používat např. při tvorbě vlastních tlačítek, menu atd. Akce je možno v příkazech řetězit, t.j v jediném příkazu, např. v jedné položce menu, může být příkaz, který bude složen z několika akcí, které se vykonávají postupně tak, jak jsou zapsány. Kombinací akcí lze tedy dosáhnout složitějších operací.

Akce, respektive jejich názvy, nelze překládat, jsou to řetězce, které Opera očekává a akceptuje a jejich překladem by se z nich staly řetězce zcela jiné. Názvy akcí, ačkoli nebo spíš právě proto, že jsou anglicky, poměrně výstižně vyjadřují, co která akce "umí", k čemu je určena.

Stránka je průběžně doplňována o chybějící popisy jednotlivých akcí a jsou přidávány stránky s podrobnostmi akcí a jejich použitím. Protože zdroje informací především o parametrech akcí jsou roztroušeny po celém internetu, je často velmi problematické zjistit podrobnosti o mnohých akcích. Proto také u mnohých akcí zůstal zatím jejich anglický popis, český překlad bude doplněn ve chvíli, kdy bude jednoznačně známo, co a jak která akce dělá.   • Find - otevře dialogové okno pro hledání textu na stránce.
  • Find inline - raises a little cream colored box from within the lower lefthand corner of a window. In this box, as you type, opera will do a progressive word search down the length of the webpage.
  • Find next - tells opera to look for the next occurrence of the word or phrase which you have just sought out. Just previously, you would have asked for a word search of the webpage using the "find" or "find inline" commands.

All of these range keyphrases which are listed below, here, are used only in one context within opera's auspices — they are part of what is known as opera's "widgets." This is a name which opera has given to each little set of tools where you control the cursor on the screen with the arrow keys of the keyboard.

  • Range go to end - will highlight the text from the point the cursor is now, all the way to the very end of the text box.
  • Range go to line end - is a tool which shades the letters and words from the place the text cursor is currently, to the right end of the line.
  • Range go to line start - marks the letters and phrases from the current location of the text cursor, over to the left side of the line of letters.

  • Work offline - Tells Opera to look first for webpages within it's cache, and then prompt you, if it has to go looking for something on the world wide web. It prevents any attempt to access the internet, which (at least on windows systems ;-) prevents the system to try to open a dial-up connection.
  • Work online - Opera will go about business as usual, immediately traipsing across the internet to find webpages.
